1. About Us

Prosper Global Career is a study abroad and career guidance consultancy registered in Bangladesh, with its registered office at Borak Unique Heights (Lift-10), Flat 11/A, 117 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Eskaton Garden, Dhaka 1000. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Prosper Global Career, and “you” means the person using our website or services.

2. Our Services

We offer:

• Abroad Study Consultancy: guidance on choosing a country, course and university, support with applications and documents, accommodation, visa and interview preparation, and help before departure and after arrival.
• Career Consultancy: guidance to help you understand your options and build a personal roadmap for your studies and career.

Before any chargeable work begins, we will explain what the service includes, what it costs and what we need from you.

3. Appointment Requests

Sending an appointment request through our website does not confirm an appointment. After you submit a request, we will send you an email confirmation summarising the key details of your request. Our team will call or email you to arrange a suitable date and time.

We arrange, confirm, reschedule and cancel appointments by phone or email. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call us on +880 1303 063 861 as early as you can. If we cannot reach you by phone, we may contact you by email.

4. Students Under 18

If you are under 18, you may request an appointment and use our services only with the agreement of your parent or legal guardian. An authorised employee will seek that agreement directly from your parent or legal guardian by telephone before we provide any service. We do not proceed with services if confirmation cannot be obtained.

5. Fees and Payments

• Our first consultation for abroad studies is free.
• Career consultancy and other services may be chargeable. We will tell you the fee, and you will agree to it, before any chargeable work starts.
• Fees charged by universities, embassies, test centres, accommodation providers and other third parties are separate from our fees and are paid under their own terms.
• Payments cannot currently be made through our website.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel a paid service at any time by contacting us by phone or email.

• Before we start any work: you will receive a full refund.
• After work has started: we will refund the fee minus a deduction for the work already completed. We will explain the deduction to you before we process the refund.

Fees paid to third parties, such as application, test or visa fees, are refunded only according to those organisations’ own policies.

7. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Decisions on admissions, scholarships, visas and employment are made by universities, embassies, government authorities and employers, not by us. We work carefully to give you the best possible chance, but we cannot guarantee any admission, scholarship, visa or job.

8. Your Responsibilities

When you use our services, you agree to:

• give us information and documents that are accurate, complete and genuine;
• tell us promptly about any change that affects your plans or applications;
• meet the deadlines set by universities, test providers and embassies;
• attend appointments you have agreed to, or tell us in advance if you cannot.

We may stop providing a service if we find that false or misleading information or documents have been given to us. In that case, any refund follows the “Cancellations and Refunds” section above.

9. Your Information

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We share your information or documents with universities and other institutions only with your permission and only for the purpose you agreed to.

10. Third-Party Organisations

Universities, embassies, accommodation providers, test centres and other third parties have their own terms, fees and policies. We are not responsible for their decisions, services, delays or charges.

11. Using Our Website

The information on our website is for general guidance only. Course, visa and country requirements change often, so please confirm the details with us or with the relevant official source before making decisions.

You agree not to misuse the website, for example by sending false or automated appointment requests or by trying to interfere with how the website works. All text, design and images on the website belong to Prosper Global Career unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied without our permission.

Our website may link to other websites, such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites.

12. Our Responsibility to You

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by the decisions of third parties, by inaccurate or incomplete information you give us, or by events outside our reasonable control, and we are not responsible for indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law of Bangladesh that cannot be limited.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our services or the law change. The latest version will always be on this page with its “last updated” date. Changes do not affect services you have already agreed to with us, unless we agree otherwise with you.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Bangladesh. We will always try to resolve a concern with you directly first, so please contact us if something goes wrong.
